Advised growth-stage and industrial clients on operating-model design, manufacturing readiness, supply chain scale-up, partner selection, localization strategy, and execution governance. Supported complex transformation efforts spanning emerging hardware platforms, next-generation energy storage, industrial and infrastructure programs, healthcare service operations, and global hardware integration challenges, helping leadership teams improve scalability, operational readiness, systems alignment, and long-term business performa

Carrier Corp: Led transformation across a 52-site global manufacturing and supply chain network in an environment with approximately $9B in spend, shaping network strategy, make-versus-buy decisions, and operating frameworks that supported $50M in annual savings and a long-range roadmap targeting significant future value creation.

 

JUUL Labs: Directed 11 high-volume manufacturing operations with a $500M annual budget and $5B in product spend, strengthening operational control, capacity expansion, and regulated production readiness during a period of explosive growth. Established and ramped multiple large-scale greenfield manufacturing sites, including new operations in Hungary and Mexico, expanding global capacity, qualifying medical-grade production environments, and supporting more than 120 new product introductions.

 

Peloton Interactive: Scaled and stabilized supply chain and manufacturing operations during hypergrowth, reducing lead times from roughly 14 weeks to 4 weeks while helping launch major new product platforms during the 2020–2021 electronics shortage.

 

JUUL Labs: Established five mega-site greenfield locations, including opening new plants in Hungary and Mexico, each with class 8 medical clean rooms, achieving 6M monthly capacity and launching 120+ new products.

 

Apple Inc.: Eliminated a two-year manufacturing constraint in Apple’s haptic module business in under six months, introducing parallel-line strategy, automation, and CTQ discipline that improved performance from roughly 33% yield to 99%+ in a high-volume electromechanical environment.

 

ElringKlinger USA: Directed the launch and scale-up of a greenfield manufacturing site in Atlanta during the 2008 recession, growing revenue from $5M to $30M in roughly two years through lean operating discipline, automation, and flawless customer execution.

Lydall: Led turnaround of multiple operations in a rural North Carolina manufacturing environment, doubling EBITDA from 8% to 16.4% in 16 months through lean implementation, waste reduction, throughput improvement, and restoration of employee morale and accountability.

Accountable for the turnaround and performance enhancement of a +$50M P&L multi-site operation in a rural part of North Carolina. Optimizing processes, eliminating waste and installing lean methodologies doubled the EBITDA from 8% to 16.4% in approximately 16 months from starting this position. Obtained Ford and other quality certifications.
