Welcome!
This site reflects the professional and personal journey that has shaped me — a career in industry that sharpened my perspective, a foundation built on hard work, and global experiences that continue to define how I lead, build, and serve.
I believe greatness is never permanent; it must be earned again each day. My life and work are rooted in discipline, consistency, and patience, with the conviction that small actions, done right over time, produce meaningful and lasting results. Motivation may fade, but consistency remains. Setbacks may challenge us, but commitment reveals character. To me, high performance is not a product of circumstance, but of purpose — staying true to the mission regardless of conditions. I strive to lead with humility, resilience, accountability, and strong ethical conviction, believing that sustained excellence comes from doing the right things well, especially when it is difficult.

How I Drive Competitive Advantage
I work at the intersection of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and transformation. Across global industrial, electronics, consumer, and advanced manufacturing environments, I help organizations build scalable operating models, modernize execution, and improve cost, resilience, and growth readiness. My focus is not strategy in isolation, but strategy translated into practical execution across people, process, systems, and performance.
I help companies scale, stabilize, and transform complex operations by aligning manufacturing, supply chain, and business execution into practical, high-performing operating systems.
What that looks like in practice:
-
Designing end-to-end operating models across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and service
-
Improving footprint, make-versus-buy, and network strategy for cost, resilience, and growth
-
Modernizing execution through ERP, WMS, TMS, analytics, digital twin, and AI-enabled tools
-
Leading turnarounds, scale-ups, greenfield launches, and post-acquisition integration
-
Building alignment across operations, engineering, finance, commercial teams, and executive leadership
Across roles with Apple, Carrier, JUUL, Peloton, Ennoconn, and industrial operating environments, I have helped organizations remove constraints, improve speed and quality, strengthen resilience, and build the operational maturity required to support long-term growth.
TRANSFERABLE EXPERTISE
MULTI-SITE OPERATIONS
Mastering multi-site operations requires fostering a culture of accountability and inspiration. By prioritizing clear communication, measurable realistic KPIs, and a commitment to quality, stability, and safety. With consistency of lean principles and continuous improvement, I empower teams to excel while ensuring operational excellence. I lead by enabling others to take ownership, aligning their efforts with strategic goals, and cultivating an environment where growth and success are achieved collaboratively.
GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN
Enhancing global supply chain combines leveraging industry-leading tolls & solutions such as AI-driven spend analytics, with strategic make/buy decisions. I excel in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and pricing strategies, utilizing my extensive global network of contract manufacturers and component suppliers. Whether onshoring manufacturing in the U.S. or outsourcing to low-cost regions, I focus on building cost-efficient, resilient, and agile ecosystems that adapt seamlessly to risks or uncertain business climates, ensuring long-term operational success.
AUTOMATION & MANUFACTURING
Leveraging industry-leading Industry 4.0 technologies and big data digitization to analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and uncover improvement opportunities. By integrating advanced statistical feedback and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), I ensure sustained process optimization. With an in-depth understanding of equipment buy-off, startup, and ramp processes in mission-critical environments, I excel at driving efficiency, reliability, and seamless operational scaling.
NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
(NPI)
With extensive experience driving new product introductions across multiple industries in regulated environments, guiding concepts to production launches with optimized processes that deliver high FPY and OEE performance. My in-depth understanding of the complete NPI build phases and phase gate requirements enables me to mitigate risks, streamline individual processes, and execute robust, efficient launches that ensure quality and operational excellence.

Thankfully Stephan joined to lead the Operations program Management team. He was a great partner for the engineering team, and a solid leader and manager. Stephan is a driver who holds teams accountable for execution, quality and following process. He has a straight forward style, is data driven, doesn’t get caught up in politics, and gets things done.
I hope to work with him again, and would highly recommend him to anyone considering him.

I had the opportunity to work with Stephan and I was glad to have in my team. Stephan is a transformation Agent, he was very successful in a clean up effort of an unorganized business unit. This resulted in rapidly growth in operating income as well as freeing up capacity for additional new business. He rebuild very efficient a new team which was aligned to each other I never saw before
Stephan was always fully accountable, he know´s how to read risk, plan contingencies and does not miss any opportunity to reduce waste with a larger picture on growth to bottom line. He is a valuable asset for every organization, no challenge is high enough for him.
Henry Yang

Stephan and I partnered to deliver state-of-art mechanical components. Stephan was instrumental in enabling the smooth transition between NPI to MP. While it is easy to point to his knowledge and experience as the key to his success, what I was most impressed with was his ability to build teams and reach across different groups to deliver success. He has a great attitude to build rapport with various cast of characters, while at the same time not afraid to ruffle feathers to get to the right solution. He was also highly accountable, leaving no doubt that he was going to deliver his promises. These characteristics are most critical in a leadership role. I always admired Stephan and appreciated our collaboration.
